Introduction

Eligibility

2.1. To participate in the Scheme, you must be a resident of the United Kingdom and at least 18 years old.

2.2. Employees, officers, and directors of the Company, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to participate in the Scheme.

Referral Process

3.1. To make a referral, the new client must let us know where the referral has come from (“the Referee”).

3.2. Referrals must be for new customers who have not previously engaged with the Company or made a purchase.

3.3. Referrals will only be valid if the Referee completes the required actions as specified by the Scheme.

Rewards

4.1. Referrers will be eligible to receive a reward as specified in the Scheme’s promotional materials (“Reward”) if the Referee meets the requirements set forth.

4.2. The Reward is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

4.3. The Company reserves the right to substitute the Reward with another of equal or greater value.

Scheme Duration

5.1. The Scheme will run from the 14/9/24 to 14/9/25 unless terminated earlier by the Company.

5.2. The Company reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the Scheme at its sole discretion.

Data Protection

6.1. By participating in the Scheme, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2. We will use the personal data collected through the Scheme solely for the purpose of administering the Scheme and will not share it with third parties without your consent.

Fraudulent Activity

7.1. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent or deceptive activities.

7.2. If we determine that you have breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to withhold or cancel any Reward.

Changes to the Terms

8.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or other appropriate means.

8.2. Continued participation in the Scheme following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the Scheme, except where required by law.

9.2. The Company does not guarantee the availability or performance of the Scheme or any Reward.

Governing Law

10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
